Training and Systems that Prevent Violence
The Center for Aggression Management delivers training to CAPS Team members using very useful and straightforward training materials, webinar training, and in-person practicum training.

The training style is highly interactive. Exercises are used to prepare the Team member to act with confidence. This is done by providing opportunities during training to practice and "teach" the skills being learned.

Through the level of Aggression Manager, training can be delivered on-line in a webinar format using today's fantastic on-line training technology. For Senior Aggression Managers and above, to be effective, the additional training can only be provided in a face-to-face group setting of about 10 trainees.
